Kinsale, Cobh & Blarney Tour

(Full Day Coach Tour)

This Tour begins with a visit to the charming seaside town of Kinsale, the gourmet capital of Ireland. Its narrow winding streets are full with excellent restaurants, traditional bars, craft shops and quaint art galleries. Guarding the entrance to the harbour is 17th century Charles Fort, witness to many momentous events in Irish history. Our next stop is the picturesque town of Cobh, dominated by the majestic spire of St Colman’s, its gothic revival Cathedral which overlooks the famous harbour. Visit Queenstown Heritage Centre and follow the Titanic Trail, here the doomed liner made its last stop before setting off on its ill fated Atlantic voyage.

Finally we journey to legendary Blarney Castle, a 15th century tower house steeped in history and magical charm. Here we climb the battlements and bend over backwards to kiss the Blarney Stone. According to tradition, after you kiss the famous stone of eloquence you will acquire the gift of the gab.
